Comments from some of our clients:

  • "I have known Michelle professionally for approximately 20 years and my experience with her has been overwhelmingly positive.  Her work is well supported and stands up well in Court.  She has always been prepared for attorney conferences, depositions, and/or trial testimony."
  • "I have worked with Michelle Copeland on several litigated matters.  She brings a unique combination of real world common sense and in-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations to her thoughtful analyses."
  • "Ms. Copeland was prompt, reliable and thorough in her work, well-grounded in her opinions, and pleasant and courteous to deal with.  Because the case settled before trial, there was no need for in-court testimony.  But Ms. Copeland was an excellent witness in deposition.  She was clear, firm, alert, and precise in her testimony."
